Searching databases with SRS

• Procedure

  • See what databases are available at EBI
  • Go to SRS home page and press Start
  • Select EMBL and click continue
  • Select AccNumber from the first text box
  • Enter J00231 and click on Do Query
  • The sequence entry will be displayed
