Databases indexed by SRS at EBI

• SRS is unique in that it is able to index very many databases and link fields between databases

• All of the EMBnet nodes run SRS and as a result there is a vast selection of databases to choose from.

• There are links between Swiss-Prot , Prosite and PDB
